Due to the perishable nature of our live plants, please contact us immediately to ensure the best possible resolution.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Document the Issue

  For damaged or wilted items, please upload at least two clear photos showing the condition of the flowers and the packaging.

  Pack with Care

  For non-perishable home decor, place the items back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
